Children under 3 go free but must be recorded in the reservation for safety reasons.
We recommend that you book the day before for a morning cruise and in the morning for an afternoon cruise.

The boat owner reserves the right to alter the timetable or cancel departures if weather or demand require it.
Validity of tickets: Passengers may only take the trip at the date and time shown on their ticket.
Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the departure is cancelled at the decision of the boat owner.
Safety - embarkation : Priority is given to passengers leaving the boat.
Wait for instructions from the crew or the quayside staff before boarding.
